Before cocaine and anorexia, the girls had to miss the spring fling dance with gorgeous shane and perfect kyle so that they could go get ciultured in Paris with their grandfather, the Ambassador to France.
This movie is full of fake french accents and hijinks that 8 year old girls will love. I can recite this movie from beginning to end. One star.
