Just not what I expected/wanted. More than half the movie is the space equivalent of "Castaway." Only the last half an hour really has action. Among space/spaceship disaster movies, "Passengers" is better than "the Martian," but not nearly as good as "Interstellar.
" Honestly, if you want a scary, futuristic, spaceship-breaking-down disaster movie, check out "Pandorum.".
