Sorry, but the pro critics got this one wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed it! For the first time in a long time, I walked out of a movie theatre forgetting what day it was and where I was going next. The movie was visually stunning, the 3D effects kept me immersed in their world, and the chemistry between Pratt, Lawrence, and even Sheen as the Android made the whole thing believable.

I have to say I was totally enthralled in the story and the moral dilemmas facing the characters in this twist on the stranded island tale. This is what movies are supposed to be...an opportunity to go somewhere else for a couple of hours and come back feeling better than when you went in.

I'm glad I ignored the so-called critics and went to see this despite their less than favorable reviews.
