Wow! Great plot, great visuals and effects, great movie, loved it.
Saw in theater 3-2017. Totally surprised me because I had read the negative reviews. What movie were they watching?!! I almost didn't bother to see it. Wish I had ignored those reviews and gone a few weeks earlier when could still see it in 3D (space movies lend themselves to 3D), but it was still beautiful. 4 Stars! and I don't give those out often, and I don't even like JLaw much.
Example stupid things reviewers say: Peter Rainer of XnSciMon called it "a lovers spat" - not even!! Pratt woke her up 90 years earlier so he selfishly wouldn't be alone. That turned her love to hatred. This is a classic plot that will probably some day in space travel become reality.
