This was...interesting. Bruce Payne played Charles Rane, whose motto was practically "Charles Rane is not insane." My ass.

Charles Rane was an infamous terrorist, known to most as "The Rane of Terror". Creative, huh? I thought so. He hijacks an Atlantic International "Jumbo Jet". I don't understand how it was a Jumbo Jet, though...they have four engines, not two.

Anyway, Wesley Snipes played John Cutter, the ex-cop who has to save the airplane passengers' lives. Elizabeth Hurley (you may know her as Vanessa from Austin Powers: The Spy who Shagged Me) plays the seductive flight attendant on the bad guys' side. We all knew she was a bad girl.

Very interesting movie. I kept laughing when they played Kenny G.-type music every time Wesley Snipes the black guy did anything. Did they have to remind you of his race? He even made a joke about his color in the film. I had to smirk at that.

Not too action-packed, definitely showed enough blood to show violence but not enough to be obsessive. They did have a girl who looked sort of like Michael Jackson (no offense). I don't really know what to say about that...

Bruce Payne was ok, but he reminds me of Alan Rickman. Not a good thing at all. Wesley Snipes was decent, and he made a few jokes in this movie. They just weren't funny. He doesn't have the facial expressions or personality that makes jokes funny. Hey, he tried. Elizabeth Hurley was decent as well. Nothing special coming from the actors.

3.4.
