One of the great Wesley Snipes films, again, typical action fair, the bad guy is always English, Since Die Hard in the late 80s the bad guys in Hollywood Blockbusters have been English but Bruce Payne has always made one of the best steriotypical bad guys ever.
Only this was early for him so it's even more malicious. Excellent. Wesley has bettered himself 10 fold since this obviously but it's still one of those great early - mid 90s action films.
