Review of Passenger 57 (1992) by Deb S — 05 Apr 2010
Wesley Snipes plays John Cutter, an airplane security expert who is onboard a flight which also contains the FBI transporting a dangerous terrorist. When the terrorist escapes and hijacks the plane, Cutter is forced to bring the plane down on a small runway and face up to the terrorists in order to save the hostages.
Snipes cuts a decent action hero kicking some terrorist ass, with his martial arts moves and Bruce Payne is a great villain. At the beginning of the movie you see him having a bit of fun with a small boy on the airplane playing shoot'em up with their fingers, until the little boy noticed he had handcuffs on his wrists.
Elizabeth Hurley is sexy and seductive as one of the terrorists and was quite interesting to watch. If you like some terrorist action on air planes and Wesley Snipes, you'll enjoy this one.
