Review of Parkland (2013) by Steven O — 06 Oct 2013
This is a great film. I think people really should give it a chance. It's less about the Kennedy assassination itself and more about the people that attempted to save him that fateful day and the effects that it had on their lives.
It also delves into how the family of the supposed assassin was treated after the event. It's just great storytelling and it doesn't allow itself to be overly hampered by questions of conspiracy.
This isn't about whether there was a conspiracy or not. It's about people and how their lives were permanently effected by one of the most terrible moments in the history of our country.
