Review of Paris When It Sizzles (1964) by Claire B — 15 Nov 2009
Apparently, production on Paris When it Sizzles was stopped a number of times on account of Holden's alcohol problems which stemmed from his being in love with Audrey and her being already married.
However, Paris When it Sizzles, while barely getting any interest at the box office and remaining mostly ignored, is quite a fun movie, a total spoof, and the comedy is brilliant. Also with a couple of cameos from actors such as Tony Curtis and Noel Coward, Paris When it Sizzles is deserving of a lot more credit than it has received over the years.
