Review of Paris, Texas (1984) by Craig W — 26 Feb 2008
How open are you with artistic cinematography? If you enjoy a new experience, Paris, Texas catches a completely independent eye; there seems to be nothing like it. There are a lot of very long, and slow/boring, scenes that are really cool, but I couldn't watch it all on one viewing. The opening sequence in the desert is something to check out. It's a heart-warming story as well; the acting is very unique and well done.
I don't think I can recommend this to anybody, but if you are looking for some intellectual eye-candy, here you go.
