Review of Paris, Texas (1984) by Sean C — 01 Nov 2015
A long quiet film, mostly dull but with some certain powerful scenes. Was lauded at the time because critics were aghast at the end of 1970s angst cinema and the rise of the glossy, artificial styles of the 1980s.
Can't blame them even if I love both styles.
