Review of Paris Je T'aime (2006) by Matthew P — 15 May 2009
It's touching and warm-hearted. Rather than go for sap like the similar Love, Actually, Paris Je T'aime is humanistic, and ranges from the bizzarely gothic (Vincenzo Natali) to the hilariously quirky (Coen Brothers), and even the beautifully quaint (Gurinder Chadha).
I'm not sure it needed the ending in which everyone all of a sudden knows each other, but its a film thats a joy for fans of directors like these.
