It's an expression of love in Paris through a mosaic of short stories each filmed by a different director. Some stories are too short though to really get into them and some are obviously far fetched.
You see all forms of love here including new love, old love, tragic love, and my favorite "love reinvented". You'll know the scene when you see it.
