Review of Paris Je T'aime (2006) by Ngan B — 17 Sep 2009
Starting out quite mundane, 18 segments of this collective film lead us throughout Paris, exploring the city in different aspects. The city is just an excuse for unfolding little tales of love in many ways (a husband who gave up his mistress to tend to his sick wife, a single mother love for her son, a prostitute is paid to watch a couple arguing to spice up their relationship, a cute crush of two mime artists, etc.).
And that's how a city's life is defined: love, hatred, danger, adventures, discovery, self-exploration journeys, etc.
