It's just lovely. Unlike the more recent "New York, I Love You" there's a certain magic to it that cannot be understated. Each and every story (bar one or two) are all affecting and touching.
The all-star cast and directors definitely help by adding their own touch to each story. Makes you want to visit Paris and experience the city first hand.
