PARC MONCEAU, by Alfonso Cuaron.
Charming short:
QUAIS DE SEINE, by Gurinder Chadha.
Although not as good but these two were very interesting experiments:
QUARTIER DE LA MADELEINE, by Vincenzo Natali.
14TH ARRONDISSEMENT, by Alexander Payne.
Everything else is rubbish. Some truly terrible writing can be found in this film.
