A story, which is about a decision between dream and reality, consists of drama, romance and encouragement and started with inversion.

With the obvious difference of authority between the rich and the poor, Working-class fought against the fascists for their right and dignity. Although the rich had a big power that could change the life of the poor and master the music hall destiny, working-class would not submit and were full of courage.

Pigoil, Milou, Jacky and Douce seek their dream together instead of finding a stable job. Milou fought for freedom; Douce pursued her real love and wonderful future; Galapiat found his youth; Max (radio man) wanted to escape from harsh reality until he met his lost daughter. The story was fictitious but it reflected the reality. Time changes but human seek the same desire purely- love, freedom and dream, whatever in the past and now. On the other hand, life is a drama. It was full of surprise, frustration and turning points.

Pigoil didnâ??t want to leave the town at the end of the story. â??We can see the sea anywhere, but there is only one â??Faubourgâ?? in the world.â?? It reminds me a line-â??Whatever happens, as long as you are with me.â?? in one of the songs â??Il yaâ?? in the movie. To achieve a dream didnâ??t mean that we need to have a great accomplishment. Living with families, lovers in hometown is also an achievement.
