It tries a little too hard to relay a message, and it doesn't work well with the attempts at a story. It does have its share of laughs, but only really coming from Crystal, as the others try but only get a laugh here and there.

The story seems to be in the right mindset, but does not deliver as the dialogue is weak and the ideas aren't all that strong to help support what they are going for in showing that you just need to have fun and not be so uptight when it comes to the parent-kid relationship.
