...eh. It looks great at times, and it has some funny moments, but to me, this movie felt more like a public service announcement than an actual film. Every ten seconds someone was hammering in the "tolerance" message so hard that I honestly couldn't focus on the story.
It got to the point where I was thinking "OKAY. WE GET THE MESSAGE. PLEASE SHUT UP." It preachiness is so non-stop and in-your-face that it makes The Lorax movie look subtle. Also, it really offended me how this was marketed as a children's film and got a PG rating.
Half the jokes in this movie should NEVER be in a kids' film. (Sex jokes, f-word jokes, porn jokes, gay jokes...it has it all.).
