I liked it,not simply because it avoids cliches but also because it portrays sub-urban life in the U.S,small town urban legends and the changing times with the same tart,lucid touch.The boy caught up in the midst,who pulls at the viewer's heartstrings while never making one feel he is unworthy of the attention,is eminently likeable but not pitiable.
The one downside to the film-it had to end,didn't it ?
