Has mousy pockets of chance promise, but between the illogical characters always finding some means to justify the camera use and the lack of any semblance of plot or connotations to previous PA films, you'd better just skip to the last 15 mins, watch the whole movie then, and then regret if you ever paid movie tickets for this junk food.
