Easily the worse movie of the series. Acting was terrible and the crew was cheap in hopes to pump out a quick film and ride the money waves from the first movies. I felt that the plot had potential but was poorly executed as well.

Again I believe that this is due to the fact that Paramount was hoping for a big payout on a cheap, but known film. The "fright" delivered by the first few movies has easily out of the picture as nothing is really new.

Same stuff different movie. I mean the idea of having a small tie in with this "Hunter" child from the originals and his attempt to essentially tie in the new neighbors is down right sad. Sad in the sense that you can see that Paramount is hoping to have a new spin off where the acting is cheap and they essentially can do the same thing by running with the same idea of the originals.

Needless to say it is a movie worth skipping but we all know everyone will give this a look so with that said do your best at catching this at a friends house under their expense or borrow it because it would be difficult to be able to say rent it even at a Redbox rental.
