Review of Paranormal Activity 4 (2012) by Laura M — 09 Oct 2013

I attempted to remove this movie from the DVD player after the first five minutes...that is how scary it is. I know that these paranormal films always do extremely well at the box office so I wanted to see how the director wanted to scare the viewer.

..YIKES! What makes this movie so scary is that there are so many close-up quiet scenes in the dark that are so unexpected to the viewer. I had to keep turning my face away from the TV because I did not know what was going to jump up at me.

There are some horror films that I like and can watch more than once but as for this movie...once is enough.
