Probably the best out of the trilogy for scares, little kids in horror movies always freak me out and the two kids in this kept that going. Only gripes are the sometimes multiple scenes where nothing seems to happen but I suppose this helps build the suspense.

Also why did the mum not look at the tapes when her partner had hard evidence of events happening, nobody would be pushed off as easy as he was.
