Review of Paranormal Activity (2007) by Dantheman — 26 Oct 2009

So disappointing. I had heard how genuinely scary and creepy this movie was, but it did nothing for me. It uses every ghost movie cliche in the book and is truly not creepy at all. I did like the two actors and it was well-done for a one-guy-with-a-camcorder type of movie, but I felt like I had seen all of these tricks a thousand times before.

I saw it with a female friend who's an admitted wuss, and even she said it didn't scare her at all.
