2 starsâ¦The first movie felt reasonably fresh and was at least a little scary. This sequel (actually a prequel) wasnâ(TM)t totally awful, just felt like last nightâ(TM)s reheated dinner. You could seriously fast forward the first 45 minutes and not miss a thing, I donâ(TM)t know why they even spend time trying to do some character building â" these guys are flat as pancakes.
As far as spookiness goes, I jumped once and it was a âcheap scareâ? as Parker called it (he was NOT impressed. Arenâ(TM)t 15 year olds supposed to eat this stuff up?). Ahhhhhh, skip it.
