Review of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) by Jase L — 06 Jul 2013
A rare sequel that outshines it's predecessor with a wonderful blend of humor, a larger cast, superior acting, fear and confusion. Some of moments I didn't like in the first film because they didn't make sense (burnt photograph) are given reason here.
Indeed, some moments were cliche of the first, but it's forgiving, as the story overall about this family has only grown stronger as you leave with more questions than answers, with more to be told in sequels and prequels.
