Review of Paranoid Park (2007) by Vince C — 09 Feb 2011
Paranoid Park is definitely an inspiring movie through my eyes. It's excellent cinematography sets it up as a movie that shouldn't be taken lightly. Gus Van Sant uses powerful emotions and tries to play tricks with our minds, which is what he's best at when it comes to movie making.
Sure it may have not been appealing to some audiences, but it shows a side in us all that likes to keep deep, dark secrets, which can ultimately lead to our downfall. Definitely one of my favorite movies.
