Review of Paradise Now (2005) by Ben S — 10 Jun 2007
This movie was interesting because while we hear about suicide bombers and the damage they've caused, we rarely stop and remember that they are human just like the rest of us, and wonder what their intentions, however misguided, might be.
While its not the best overall movie i've ever seen, its probably the best foreign film ive seen. Another film coming out soon that involves suicide bombers is called Day Night Day Night, except it takes place in NYC.
