Review of Paradise Now (2005) by Terror A — 13 Jun 2007
This is a powerful and beautifully made that follows a few days in the lives of two Palestinian men who are recruited to become suicide bombers. When things go wrong in their mission, one continues on but the other starts to have doubts.
The performances (especially from the two leads) are fantastic, the direction is nicely done and the script is insightful as it delves into the reasons why these men do what they do. This is interesting and engaging film that everyone should definitely check out.
