Review of Paprika (2006) by Tyler B — 16 Apr 2011
Undoubtedly the most random thing I've EVER seen, but at the same time one of the more entertaining and original things I've seen in recent years, especially considering this came out prior to Inception.
The color palette spans the whole rainbow multiple times and the animation is lush and beautifully rendered. With the stated mission of following "dream logic," it meets this criteria perfectly, and to much delight.
A solidly entertaining movie, though you have to swallow the fact that this movie has little to no plot. I was entertained, giddily. 8/10.
