Review of Paprika (2006) by Stephen D — 29 Sep 2011
They say that this is where the idea for "Inception" came from. An inventor creates a machine that allows friends to share dreams. The technology is put to use for psychoanalysis but something goes wrong and peoples dreams are being invaded causing them to flip out in a strange way.
I liked it way better than Inception. The dream sequences are actually surreal, unlike "Inception" which went for Hollywood action (ie guns and explosions which are lacking in my dreams) instead.
