Review of Papillon (2017) by Avant S — 16 Nov 2018
Technically it is not a bad movie. The cast is good, the cinematography is decent. But one thing still bugs me. Why this movie was even made? Compared to the original it is bland as week-old gruel reheated in a microwave.
The only purpose for this movie that I can see is to steer the younger audience to the original movie.
