Review of Papillon (1973) by Lindsay B — 05 May 2009
I liked this as much as I ever like films that span 3 hours. Dunstin Hoffman was pretty amazing. It seems that my vague encounters with him in Outbreak and Hook, while good, simply do not do him the justice that a film like this does.
I wasn't really moved by McQueen, but not for his lack of talent, it was eventually like, "Ya jail sucks.".
