Paper Towns is a 2015 american mystery comedy-drama film. It's directed by Jake Schreier, written by Scott Neustadter and Michael H.Weber, producted by Fox 2000 Pictures.

Adapted from the bestselling novel by John Green, Paper Towns is a coming-of-age story on Quentin Jacobsen (Nat Wolff), « Q », 18, and Margo Roth Spielgelman (Cara Delevingne), his enigmatic and popular neighbor. She loves mysteries and she becomes one. With her, Quentin spends an all-night adventure. Margo suddently disappears. Quentin and his friends, before leaving high school, will try to solve the riddle of her disappearance through clues left by Margo. At the end, Quentin finds Margo but she doesn't fall in love with him and stays in Agloe, a paper town.

The plot is entertaining. One of the most surprising moments in the film occups when Quentin accept Margo's missions during their all-night adventure. The end is rather boring. The cast is unconvincing exept Cara Delevingne who did an amazing job. It's a film with different and touching characters. The script is disappointing compared to the book because important scenes are missing. The ending is disappointing too because it doesn't meet public expetations : protagonists don't stay together, the group of friends separetes. The music conveys perfectly at exciting moments... It evokes feelings and character's emotions. The camera angles and the cuts between scenes are subtle. The costumes are consistent with the character of the protagonists. The film raises important questions : it highlights questions that teens arise like liberty, the future, the family and its place in society.

The ending is boring but the rest of the film is amusing, original, captivating, complex, enigmatic and exciting. Finally, I recommend it.
