Review of Paper Moon (1973) by Stephen M — 20 Mar 2008
A masterpiece. An absolute masterpiece. Art direction, costuming, DP... the black and white look of it, Bogdanavich's masterful eye and the talent of the acting pool, starting with the O'Neals. It truly is the most sophisticated comedy and one that everyone should see, for they will love it.
It doesn't get better than Madeline Kahn going on and on about bone structure and having to go winkie tinkie.
It doesn't.
