Bring love, affection, and twenty dollars cash.

A traveling con man has been saddled with an orphan that needs to be delivered to her uncle. Her parents have died but she never knew her true dad. The man takes on the delivery duties and uses the girl's charm to make them a lot of money. An unlikely dysfunctional family environment unfolds and maybe a father/daughter relationship forms.

Peter Bogdanovich, director of The Cat's Meow, Hustle, Saint Jack, The Thing Called Love, Daisy Miller, The Last Picture Show, and Targets, delivers Paper Moon. The storyline for this picture is magnificent. It is so well written and the cast delivers the characters and perfect script well. The cast includes Tatum O'Neal, Ryan O'Neal, John Hillerman, Madeline Kahn, and Noble Willingham.

"Trip delayed but I'm coming real soon.".

I randomly grabbed this off Movies! and DVR'd it when I caught the previews while watching another movie. I thought this was outstanding and loved there is so much going on in this film. The character development and interactions between the O'Neals were perfect. I strongly recommend seeing this.
