Review of Paper Heart (2009) by Jiana W — 26 Mar 2011
Awwww.... this was better than I thought it would be. It's cute. It's half documentary, using peoples' real names and interviewing actual couples across the United States. But it's also part fiction, sometimes using puppets and showing the lead character (Charlyne Yi) growing in her relationship with a new guy (Michael Cera) despite the fact that her film is supposed to be disproving the concept of "true love".
Their relationship is cute and very plausible. They seem like the kind of people that would find each other and hook up.
