Fascism and Catholicism have always been closely intertwined. This phrase was uttered in the brilliant movie "Pan's Labyrinth": god has already saved their souls, so what happens to their bodies doesn't matter to him".
Mind you; many religions invented female gods, but Abrahamic religions are accompanying misogyny.
