Dark visionary director Guillermo del Toro mixed some elements from fairy tales of their first form together into a Spanish, dark Narnian wonderland where Alice ran into to be a nice updated/original fairy tale for grown ups to enjoy by its style, but the bloody cloak and the creepy vibe may not be appealing despite being the way to mark this R-rated. (B+).
