Review of Panic Room (2002) by Gavin M — 07 Aug 2014
This is definitely one of my favorite David Fincher films. Jodie Foster is terrific as always as the mother who locks herself into the panic room with her daughter while their house is being burglarized.
Forrest Whitaker gives a surprising performance as well being the sympathetic and ration burglar in the movie. This is the one movie I would definitely use the phrase as a roller coaster ride the minute the plot takes off.
A very well made thriller.
