Review of Panic Room (2002) by Lyndon G — 05 Nov 2009
This movie has the curious quality of being watchable in the cinema and leaving a bad taste in my mouth--maybe once the tension resolved there was nothing left to think about and I felt I'd wasted my time.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I should say I'm not a big fan of Jodie Foster or David Fincher. (My favorite thing by David Fincher is the video for the NIN song "Only," for what it's worth; though Alien 3 wasn't half bad and the first half of Fight Club I agree was brilliant.
