Review of Panic in Year Zero! (1962) by Nick F — 23 Aug 2009
Thematically daring, although the lack of budget shows quite often. Ray Milland plays the father role like he's in the mob, although his direction is to be commended for trying to overcome the movie's limitations.
Enjoyable on a MST3000 level if at least for Frankie Avalon trying to put the moves on a girl who's obviously just been gang-raped for several days; seems like hormones rage even in Year ZERO.
