Possibly based on a Shakespearian play, the one where a dying Earth sends a bunch of colonists to another planet and then shit starts going down while they're all in hypersleep and when some people get woken up and figure out that shit's all gone whack they go whack as well and it all ends up whack.
I think it was Richard III.
