It's certainly not a great film, but thanks to some decent ambition and committed acting, the film ended up being better than I expected it to be. Sure it's sort of a hodgepodge of different Science Fiction themes and tropes, but it ends up being efficient and almost never boring.
Probably could have used some tighter editing and a few scenes could have probably been cut altogether. Still worth a watch if you like this kind of movie.
