Review of Palindromes (2005) by Maya H — 14 Oct 2007
The story is easy enough to follow, but the changing cast that plays Aviva is distracting at times. The story is tender, but resonates with taboo. Half of me wants to say "Nice" the other half feels dirty for having watched it - and not a good dirty.
The acting is very good, it is humourous at times, though darkly so, it has extraordinary moments of sweetness and the direction is excellent. But dude, it's creepy.
