Review of Pale Rider (1985) by Jean-Francois V — 17 Jun 2010
It's hard to view this movie as a work by itself when Eastwood has appeared in, and directed, so many other films of the same genre that blow it out of the water. It's the standard lone rider of the West defends the underdogs type of story, and frankly I didn't really have the patience to sit through it.
Stick to the Dollars Trilogy or Josey Wales, because Pale Rider is pretty average.
