Michael Bay is a unique filmmaker and even though this does not follow any of the things that film criticism considers of quality (and I pretty much align with those, in general), there is no movie that looks sounds and feels like this.
I enjoy that Michael Bay has a very unique visual lexicon, and Pain & Gain is certainly worth the time spent watching it, provided you're seeing it with the right set of eyes, so to speak.
