Review of Pain & Gain (2013) by Bobleeswagger — 29 Aug 2013

This movie is basically what spring breakers would have been if it had male protagonists, was a true story and was somewhat decent. Same idea: main characters want to improve their lives so they turn to crime, get in deeper and deeper, so on and so forth.

Visually pleasing as you'd expect from bay, but more creative and artsy than I was expecting. It's definitely a strange one, but worth the watch. You're kind of grow to like the characters and then towards the end you have a realization that they are just terrible terrible people.
