Solid doc. Interesting to hear the NYT reflect on the increasingly irrelevant medium of newspaper and how they're making the switch to digital. Like most industries it seems like they are naturally cutting out the fat and excess.
Technology will continue to render many jobs useless but there will always be a core of educated and talented professionals. I go online and get the news for free but someone, somewhere had to do real work to get it.
Makes me feel better about a my Times subscription.
